Suggested Use:

Recommended use on training days: Serving 1: As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 100-200 ml of cold water or any beverage of your choose immediately following your workout (on an empty stomach). Serving 2: as a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop with 100-200 ml of cold water or any beverage of your choice, 6-8 hours before or after your post-workout serving (on an empty stomach).

Ich hatte diese Supp schon mal und erst innerhlab der 2 wochen fängt es richitg an zu wirken deine arme sind so aufgepumpt das jeder bei mir dachte ich nehme anabolika der pump dauert auch ca bis morgen die waren arme immer noch so dick wie bei dem training sie werden härter und wirken besser. Ich bin süchtig nach dem Zeug ohne geht es nicht mehr mann merkt auch wie man ohne das Zeug dran ist und wenn man es einmal hatte dann kommt man nciht mehr weg
