Suggested Use:
Mix 100g (4 scoops) of Pro Mass in 568ml (1 pint) of water or alternatively mix 50g (2 scoops) of Pro Mass in 568ml (1 Pint) of skimmed milk.
Additional Notes:
*There is a higher sugar content when mixed with milk due to the lactose which is a natural sugar found in milk.
