Pro Gakic is taken within the hour before your workout and will help you to train harder and longer and this will, over time, aid increases in muscle size and strength when combined with a healthy diet.
CNP Professional have been developing this product over the past 5 years and our formula follows the exact research protocols by using 11.5g of Gakic per serving. Pro Gakic works by increasing the body's resistance to fatigue allowing the muscles to work harder and longer.
Pro Gakic must be taken within the hour before a workout. Each serving is mixed in 350ml of water and the first third should be taken 60 minutes before a workout, second third 40 minutes previous and the final third 10 minutes before a workout. Pro Gakic can help an individual to train harder and longer and this can, over time, aid increases in muscle size and strength when combined with a healthy diet.

Studies have proven that 45 minutes after taking 11.2g of Gakic an average increase in strength/performance of 10.5% and an average increase in resistance to fatigue of 28% were found
Glucuronolactone (glucuronic acid lactone) is a natural metabolite found in the body and it provides energy and increases feeling of well-being.
Caffeine (30mg) is a stimulant known medically as trimethylxanthine. It is used to provide a "boost of energy" or a feeling of heightened alertness.

Suggested Use:
