This carbohydrate blend is designed to improve muscle glycogen levels, which has a direct impact on workout performance, muscle fullness and recovery status.

Glutamine Matrix HP maximizes the cellular environment for new muscle growth by providing a potent amino acid array consisting of L-glutamine, glutamine peptide plus L-alanine and taurine. Glutamine Matrix HP minimizes exercise induced free-radical damage by providing the anti-oxidants Vitamins C, E and Zinc and provides rapid delivery of fluids and electrolytes for improved hydration and mineral balance.

Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500ml of water for each ½ kg of weight lost during exercise.

Suggested Use:
