Suggested Use:
Depending on the desired workout intensity, mix 1 scoop (intense workout) or 2 scoops (super intense) with 300 - 450 ml of water. Take on an empty stomach 15 minutes prior to working out. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume late at night. Do not exceed more than a 28g serving per day.
