Suggested Use:

Add the contents of 4 scoops (1 serving) to 480 - 690ml of cold water or milk. Mix in a blender or shaker cup for 30 seconds and consume.

MUSCLE-TECH IS A VERY ULTIMATE SUPPLEMENT. BUT, IT IS VERY COSTLIER THAN ANY OTHER SUPPLEMENT.IF U REDUCE A SMALL AMOUNT SO THAT MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE CAN GET IT.
