Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take 3 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and an additional 3 tablets before lunch on an empty stomach. (Note: it is recommended to take Nitrix on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before meals, taking Nitrix with food or on a full stomach will diminish its effects. Additionally, taking a product that contains ephedrine or high amounts of glutamine will also diminish the effects of Nitrix). For best results and to help rapidly maximize lean mass gains and increase strength and performance it is recommended to load for the first 10 days. The following loading phase is suggested: Take 4 tablets in the morning on an empty stomach and an additional 4 tablets before lunch on an empty stomach. To fully benefit from Nitrix's nutrient partitioning effects it is recommended to consume 3,5 l of water per day and a diet that is rich in protein and carbohydrates. Nitrix does not need to cycled.
