Also ich kann es wirklich empfehlen vorallen all denen die normales creatin wegen den nebenwirkungen nicht vertragen wie ich ich habe das kre-alkalyn von efx probiert und bin wirklich überrascht, dass es so gut verträglich ist und man so wenig dosiern muss
